An anecdotal record of observation is an observation of a child after the actions were completed. The report is written as a short story and is a descpripation of events and key individuals involved. This form is special because it printed in carbon copy and so the parent and teacher can sign it and a copy can be given to the parents and the orginal can be kept on file at the school.
