A running record of observation is an observation that is recorded as the actions are taken place and are recoreded to explain exactly waht was said, what was done, who was inovled, and actions shown. This form is special because it printed in carbon copy and so the parent and teacher can sign it and a copy can be given to the parents and the orginal can be kept on file at the school.
