Teach Me Tuesday: Daily Schedules

A daily schedule sets the tone for the classroom and how it will operate.

Students need and deserve to feel safe, encouraged, and free in their classrooms. Daily Schedules are an effective part of a successful classroom. Believe it or not daily schedules are required by most state laws governing child care.

In this training we will

· Explore the laws that we must following

· How to set up a daily schedule that will promote organization and success

· How to determine appropriate schedules for each age group

· How to create a daily schedule for a mixed age group

· How to build and set up for a balance of activities

· How to promote learning throughout the day

This training is a great supportive tool to the CLASS Assessment and any teacher or school preparing. We will touch on the following Domains and Indicators:
